Email Integration

The email integration to Lime CRM monitors shared mailboxes. When a message is received by the monitored mailbox, it is automatically imported to a conversation in Lime CRM. Which other object that should be created when a message is imported is completely configurable.

A brief summary of what the add-on can do for you:

  • Monitor shared mailboxes and import emails to conversations in Lime CRM.
  • Create a new parent object for new conversations, for example a customer service ticket, deal, lead etc.
  • Respond to conversations straight from within Lime CRM.
  • Keep multiple separate conversations on the same parent.
  • Easy to follow all your conversations in the activity feed on the parent object.
  • Import and send attachments. Received attachments are added on the parent object as well.
  • Automatic recovery of failed or unprocessed messages.

For those running the Lime CRM web client, the email integration will replace Inbox, Communication Flow and Mail Gateway (if used towards Exchange Online).
